The video shows a Chat Bot that lets the user name and create a Chat Bot - no expertise required.
However, other Bots ask questions & user responses (literally, voice input) that become the parameters to queries displayed as lists of records, or stunning graphics through apex : charts - again - all Native to Salesforce1 - no iFraming out to other systems. Hooked into all clouds in the Salesforce world that are here now, and that will be available in the future.
Want Bots to "wake up" on conditions that the user defines? It comes that way, out of the box. No programming.
